The product is really good, extremely well made nice and deep and very pretty. However the delivery was not. Ordered on 8th Nov and it arrived on 2nd Dec. Admittedly, i was in no hurry for it as it is not a xmas present, and in defence of basket ware, they emailed at every opportunity to let me know that it wasn't in stock, then that it was delayed and when it was expected , confirmed this delay again and then emailed me when it had been dispatched, so I could have cancelled the order if I had wanted. Ultimately, I am a happy customer.

We purchased the cotswold shopper fora present I found that this was good value for money and well made we were very happy with this purchase and should we want to purchase any further items we woulduse this site again.
